With an unwavering commitment to excellence in quality and service, Andrea Lawrence Wood began building her widely recognized firm in 1982. Her superb design skills immediately captured the attention of some of the world’s most influential property owners, including leading hotel and resort proprietors, and owners of exclusive residences, ranches and urban estates. Wood’s pledge to clients—personal participation at every level of all Interior Design Development projects—assures attentive communication and rewarding results.
Wood and her full-service staff of professionally-trained designers have worked with some of the most renowned architectural firms and design project teams in North America. Commercial projects include the Rock Resort’s Avanuyu Spa at Vail’s Front Door, Vail’s Front Door Skier Base Lodge, Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, Teton Mountain Lodge, the Denver Art Museum’s interactive Western library, the Disney Wilderness Lodge Annex in Florida, the Cordillera Valley Club Clubhouse, Chaparral Restaurant and Cordillera Legends and Windrush models in the Vail Valley.
Wood has also designed numerous luxury residences in Aspen, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Cordillera, Jackson Hole, Park City, Deer Valley, Pebble Beach, Scottsdale and Chicago. Current Interior Design Development projects include spec houses in Aspen and projects for East West Partners in Empire Pass Village, UT.
Wood earned a First Place Award from the American Society of Interior Designers Colorado Chapter Annual Interior Design Awards, for design of The Westin Westminster five-star resort hotel near Denver, CO. Interior Design Development projects have been featured in the top design and consumer publications in the country.
